I had an excellent experience. The job was complex, but everyone kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I felt as if they really cared about customer satisfaction and more importantly, I truly believed that their rates are fair. As a female, I often worry about being fleeced by transmission specialists, but their honesty is reassuring.
Amazing service. They even took the time to check if the brakes were working properly both front to back instead of just replacing my worn out brakes. They really go above and beyond to make sure your car is working properly.
Thanks for the excellent service! I called in about VSC & check engine light on my Lexus RX 300. Derek and his team were able to diagnose the issue and on top of that provide a routine check up for other parts of my car as well (breaks, filter, etc). I took my car in and was able to pick it up a few hours later. 10/10 service!
Can’t say enough good things about Derek and his team! I took my car in for a little rattle that ended up revealing a whole lot of issues with my clutch and transmission. Derek and technician Ha were great about updating me with information and photos of the problems, sourcing parts at the lowest possible cost to me, and working through issue after issue with my old system to make it new again. The car is running the best it ever has. I highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs!

This is way overdue, but just wanted to give thanks to Derek, Jay, and Aracely for being so wonderful helping us with our car these past couple of times. They are great in thoroughly reviewing issues we were having with our car, specifically a leak somewhere in our transmission, our gas valves needed replacing, plus a sensor issue. Our car had to stay at the shop a bit longer than planned, but that was okay because once we got it back it drove so smoothly. We even noticed that our engine no longer made a loud humming sound. Overall, we definitely recommend Derek and his team for any engine or transmission repairs. If it weren’t for them flagging the current issues, we might have faced much more costly repairs down the line. :)
